Terms and Conditions:

• Minimum stay two nights.
• Check in time is from 3pm to 6pm, check out time is 11am. For arrivals and departures outside these times please advise at time of reservation. For early morning arrivals we suggest you pre-book your room the previous night to check in immediately.
• Reservations are essential and must be guaranteed with credit card details.
* We require 30% deposit when making a reservation, balance is required on departure.

• If you confirm your flight, we will meet you, a charge will apply.
• Seafields is designed as a secluded retreat for adults therefore no children under the age of sixteen unless by special arrangement.
• Since we have pets living on the property we are sorry but we cannot allow visiting pets.
• We regret we do not have wheel chair facilities.
• Smoking policy: we welcome smokers but for the comfort of other guests smoking is strictly outdoors only.
• For weddings: accommodation and venue hire, payment is strictly prior to arrival.

• Rates and Conditions are subject to change without notice.

Cancellation Policy:

• For cancellations prior to 30 days of arrival we will withhold 5% as a handling fee.
• If notified within 30 days from the date of arrival, we will withhold 30% of the total room cost.
• If notified within 10 days from the date of arrival, we will withhold 100% of the total room cost.

We strongly advise guests to take out travel insurance to protect themselves against unexpected changes to their travel plans.
