– The Pavilion
The Pavilion is the largest studio at Seafields and is beautifully appointed. It offers magnificent sea views overlooking the swimming pool and coastal garden to the islands of the Hauraki Gulf. Full length windows and sliding glass doors open from a roomy sitting area to an extensive private terrace. Throughout it’s furnished with warm woods, cane armchairs and fabrics of toning colours. Local artwork was specially commissioned to complement the tranquil mood of this superb bush-backed retreat.
The Pavilion features a super king bed, and the pleasure of a separate dressing room. Its spacious tiled en-suite bathroom has a large shower and double basins also underfoor heating and a knock-out plus – here you’ll discover an amazing private infinity spa bath with sea views.
Your home-cooked breakfasts of locally-grown and Fairtrade seasonal produce are served just a few steps away in the sunny dining room or on its sea view patio.

New for 2010/11: our 5-star Kids’ Sleepout/Playroom is an optional add on to The Pavilion or to The Shed. Sleeping two, it is furnished with funky furniture, an oversize bean bag, Wii and other amusements for children of all ages. A Nanny is available by arrangement to supervise children within Seafields’ grounds and is also available to accompany families on trips or to escort children only.
